I have a very strange problem... but it is easily replicatable on my computer.

I have the latest splus .net version installed.

What happens is if I use the edit dialog in strokesplus.net, I mean the one where you define the steps that will happen when an action is carried out and press OK or even Cancel.

bam..

my monitor goes all crazy and the computer restarts.

has anyone heard of this and how to fix it?

as of yet I have not tried to replace the config file with the default one. I have tried to reinstall (But keeping my config file)

I do not know if it has anything to do with my config file, I just wonder because it happens when editing.

I have never heard that before!

Check the Windows Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application - find the time it happened and see if there are any exceptions/errors that might help to explain the source of the crash.

just so you know, it's only from strokes plus net. no other app causes this. I don't think I have a faulty ram problem, my computer doesn't crash other than for this reason.

i don't remember when it happened exactly the last time.. yesterday but I can't seem to see anything apart from some restart manager entries.. the only errors are around those called "System Restore" with failing to create restore points.. anyhow I guess those entries must be after the crash since the crash really looks like a crash where part of the screen goes all jagged.. so something kinda instantaneous after hitting the dialog button
