hi there,

I uploaded a Japanese RESX file to the site.
Script Help Methods have not been worked on yet

In the local environment, create Resources.ja-JP.resources with resgen.exe and
Place it in the Resources directory of StrokesPlus.net_Portable_0.3.9.7,
I checked the operation.

I think there are many points to consider in the Japanese translation,
I would like to discuss it with users who use Japanese and improve it.

There has been no improvement in the translation for more than two years.
