Hi Ivan, sorry for the late reply.

You can create hotkeys in Strokeplus from the Hotkeys section, which are keyboard-shortcut equivalent of mouse gestures. Basically you can type the exact script/code into the hotkey script area and assign a keyboard shortcut(hotkey) to it. It can even be a single letter hotkey.

Oh and I nearly forgot.

If by triggering a gesture with a hotkey you mean to trigger a gesture by drawing its mouse gesture + the hotkey. Then you can use the Modifiers options, for example, choosing Alt from the options would only trigger the gesture when you press Alt while drawing the gesture.
