It would be incredibly helpful to have this feature.
Essentially, on a per-gesture basis, the ability to exclude a specific app if the window is focused.
In my case, I use the stroke button and scroll wheel to control volume globally, but I want to use the same combination to control Zoom level in one specific application (OneNote). If under the global gesture I could choose to ignore if "OneNote.exe" is running, I could then add the same gesture in an application specific tab for the zoom feature, and it would work perfectly!
Please let me know if there is an alternate way to do this!
