How to send hotkey with middle mouse click in specific application?

I am at application TAB, insert application, fill everything but which command to use as a script to sent CTRL+T with middle mouse click? Thanks

sp.SendModifiedVKeys([vk.LCONTROL], [vk.VK_T]);

but something is wrong
