I used to use AutoHotkey (Google Chrome Extension) and it has the function to set hotkey for release button on keyboard, I want to use it only for media player.

I think StrokePlus could do too. please tell me how.

Like, which key(s), what EXE name(s), a step-by-step description.

I generally need details, like if you were trying to write an instruction paper on what to do - there can be many small nuances which have an impact on how to accomplish the task.
