You can use a modifier that adds to the right click:

In this case the modifier you want is left button. And make sure that "Capture Modifieres" is set to "Either".

Forgive me for interfering, but I think you need to assign a gesture to an action to use the modifier correctly and to perform the gesture using both keys. Otherwise, the action will not be performed.
Unless you want a script to be executed by pressing both mouse buttons without performing a gesture.
