You mean change the Windows input method? Like how you click the keyboard icon in the tray area and select English?

Sorry I didn't catch your messages sooner, you clicked Report instead of Reply.
Report means you find something inappropriate about a post/comment are you are reporting a problem with a forum topic, not replying to the forum thread.
So the only way I can think of is to define an input language hot key in Windows.
For Windows 10 you go to:
Settings -> Time & Language -> Click Language on the left side -> Spelling, typing, & keyboard settings -> Scroll down and click Advanced keyboard settings -> Click Input language hot keys
Yes, they make it very easy to find....
Anyway, then select English and Change Key Sequence, select a hot key combination.
Then in S+, make an action which sends that hot key combination.
