It would seem you have a script executing when you are reloading.

So the first step would be to narrow down where the cause is.

Do you have Click Scripts?
Timer scripts running?

I was able to reproduce this by having a Left Click Script. When you click the Reload menu item, it's reloading the engine while also running the Left Click Script.

In the next release, I'm going to suppress that error message by default.

Yeah, I have a left-click script, but I don't have time script. The previous version won't always have this problem, but I don't remember which version started to have this problem.
