The loading form is there on purpose. In order for S+ to be able to bring other applications to the foreground, it needs certain permissions, it's really complicated to explain but you can research it if you want.
Ultimately, there are a handful of things an app needs to do, one of them is to make a certain Windows API call, but it also needs to do that while the application is the foreground window and visible; so the user can see the application.
This is to make sure that some hidden app doesn't bring windows to the foreground and block you from working, think of a malicious/spam app for example.

Just as a thought, maybe reduce the window and move it to the tray area..? |
