It's working fine for me using the latest Windows 11 updates. I've been using Windows 11 for several months now without issue.

Do you see any errors in the Windows Event Viewer relating to S+ when you try to start S+?

That's not related to S+, that would be something using the Microsoft Management Console application.

You could try using the trace version of S+ and post the logs:
