When I drag another window (2) of the program to the taskbar below
Then use the gesture in the current window of the program (1)

This time window (2) will be displayed (below window (1) and above the taskbar)
If the current program has windows (3, 4 ....) will also be displayed like this


How can I make windows (2, 3, 4) not appear?
