My mouse is logtech G9X,it has a "infinite scroll wheel",like this

UserPostedImage

I usually use the right mouse button and scroll wheel to switch chrome tabs

I found that when the scroll wheel turns too fast, after releasing the right mouse button, the right mouse button is still pressed

Here are the steps
1. Set the mouse wheel + the right mouse button to switch chrome tabs
2. Open chrome and open a few tabs
3. Hold down the right mouse button and quickly turn the mouse wheel for a few seconds
4. Release the right mouse button while the scroll wheel is still turning

At this time, the above problem is triggered, the right mouse button is in a pressed state, and you only need to scroll the wheel to switch the chrome tab
Need to double-click the right mouse button repeatedly to return to normal state

I know this problem is quite niche, but I hope you can fix it~ Thank you

Sounds like a race condition related to the sheer volume of mouse wheel events that could be received with such a fast scrolling wheel. I will have to look into it.

thank you for fix this bug

and I found a new way to trigger this bug

The new steps are as follows
1. Set right key + scroll wheel to switch tabs
2. Open chrome and open two or more tabs
3. Hold down the right button and quickly turn the wheel to switch tabs
4. Release the right button when the wheel is turning

At this point the bug is triggered

I cannot reproduce this issue at all, I've tried many times and nothing bad happens. Of course, I have a regular scroll wheel and not a fast spinning one, and that may be where the issue presents itself.

I will continue to see if I can find a way to improve the code to maybe prevent this issue from happening.
